What does Compassionate Essentials charge for shipping?

Compassionate Essentials proudly offers free shipping within the Continental United States.

What shipping method does Compassionate Essentials Use?

Fedex or USPS.  We will email you your tracking number after your order ships.

Can Compassionate Essentials ship internationally?

Not yet. If you would like an order to be shipped outside the Continental United States please email s.lassoff@compassionateessentials.com.

What if I need urgent delivery?

Please email s.lassoff@compassionateessentials.com or call 1-877-445-5985 and I will gladly make arrangements for you.

How long until my order ships?

Most orders ship within 2-3 business days after the order date.

When will my account be charged for the order I placed?

Credit cards are authorized for the amount due at the order submission. If we are unable to ship any of your items, you will see two transactions. A charge for the total amount and the refunded portion for the cancelled items.

What is Compassionate Essentials return policy?

Return policy: We will donate any products you are not satisfied with to a local charity that you know of in your area. The charity that receives the donation will fax or email the itemized receipt of the donation to us and we will refund your money or give you a store credit. This policy benefits our society in two compassionate ways. One, this will reduce the carbon footprint of the product by not having it travel back to our warehouse and two, you will be engaging in a compassionate act benefiting yourself and the recipients of the charity.
